Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We offer shipping worldwide for all orders placed on All orders shipped within the 48 U.S. states receive complimentary ground shipping. For all orders shipped outside of the 48 U.S. states, shipping rates will apply. For more information regarding International shipping, please contact Customer Service at

Shipping and Delivery Methods:

All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Below is a list of shipping methods, rates, and delivery times for your convenience.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.

**Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be processed and shipped.


Some of the items available on may not be immediately available, however we do offer the option to pre-order some of these items that are not yet available. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. We will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) are ready to be shipped.

Return Information:

We at Maison du Sac pride ourselves in offering quality products.  Items ordered from that are being returned must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached as you received it and accompanied by a copy of your Maison du Sac packing slip with reason for return. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item. Items that are found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. For your convenience a return shipping label is included in your package. Should you not have a return shipping label, please contact Customer Service at to obtain one. 

Once we confirm delivery of your return, we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 10 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. Refunds can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or greater value and we will charge you the difference. Please note original shipping charges made at time of original order cannot be refunded.

Items not purchased on and ordered through one of our Authorized Partner retailers must be returned to that retailer. Please contact that retailer for further assistance. 



Please note we only accept exchanges for damaged/ defective items only. For an alternate color or item a new order must be placed. Please see above section for our return policy. We cannot hold items for exchanges. If your requested item is no longer available at the time your exchange is being processed, you will be notified by email and will receive a refund. Exchanges take 2 business days from the day your returned item is received to process. 


Final Sale items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. Such items are considered as Final Sale.


Repair Policy:

We offer a one-year warranty on full-priced products purchased from an Authorized Partner Retailer. We’re more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one-year period. Please email with photos of the damage and your order number or proof of purchase to submit your repair request. Once your request is received, we’ll be in contact with you within two business days. Typical turn-around time for repairs is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear damage, handbag restoration, or defects that happen on merchandise that was produced over one year ago.
